Truck Repair: Gas filler line, gas filler, wall pipe

This line got damaged during a tire blow out and I can't get the part needed for repair or the right advise on material to use in conjunction with the repair. Are there any sealing compounds for permanent or temporary fixes on a gas filler line? Thanks a lot!

if this is the filler neck from the body of the truck to the tank you could cut the hose and insert a sec.of pipe and clamp both ends i would use a thin wall pipe like what is on exhaust pipe you should be able to pick this up from autozone or pepboys and other help that is needed on this just ask and thank you for your question.
