Truck Repair: 1994 peterbuilt n14-no start, peterbuilt, fuel pressure

Afternoon Cliff,
I am working on a 1994 Peterbuilt and it does not start.  Zero fuel pressure but return line has fuel coming out.
Help!

Check power to fuel solenoid.Fuel pump pressure regulator could be bad.Give it a shot of either & see if it will run.It takes 40 PSI for it to crank.Also check unswitched battery fuses.If the Check Eng & Stop Eng light do not come on with key cycle then they are blown or unpluged between batteries & ECM.
