Truck Repair: 2006 dodge cummins starting problem, dodge ram 2500, 2006 dodge cummins

I have an 06 dodge ram 2500 with the cummins and ever since I have had it, I encounter alot of starting problems. sometimes I have to crank for 4-5 seconds before it will start, it does it in hot and cold weather but it seems like the hotter the weather gets the more it will do it. even once it is started and I shut it off, I have to crank like heck to get it to start. It only has 9000 miles on it and it has been in the dodge shop 4 different times and I always get the same answer "we cant find anything wrong with it" Its really frustrating. Do you have any suggestions? much appreciated!! feel free to email me your response if you could. I dont always have access to a computer. Thanks

I have heard of that problem but it seems like it is only on the Dodge.We do not work on the common rail ISB in the Dodges since Dodge wanted different electronics on the engine.We can get any part for then engine but can not hook to the ECM to check a fault.So I have not worked on that problem so I really couldnt tell you.
