Truck Repair: L-10 upgrade, bobtail, fuel pump

Question
I have an LTA-10 rated at 300 horsepower in a 1988 Volvo bobtail dump.  Can this engine be upgraded to a higher rating without spending too much money?

Sorry the reply took so long,but Katrina took out my power & is still out now.I would need the CPL number on the data tag or the engine number to see if it can be upgraded,but will probably need the following: Injectors replaced,Turbo,& fuel pump recalibrated to raise the HP.
