Truck Repair: engine will not stop when key is shut off, power stroke diesel, test light

I have a 1995 Ford F super duty 7.3 power stroke diesel. When I shut it off it will not stop. What's the problem?  e-mail at RCWALSO@optonline.net     Thanks

there are 2 spade posts on the pump.  They should both go dead when the key is turned off.  Test them with a test light, and if they both DO NOT have 12v with the key off, then the prob is in the pump itself.  If it still has power you will have to diag. the wiring.
