Truck Repair: international engine troubles????, 444e, code button

on a 1995 international 4300 flatbed- when this truck is bing driven the truck starts bucking the wait to start light flashes on and off aslo the WARN ENGINE light has come on when the truck is acting up it starts stalling out doesnt want to idle.  when the truck sits and cools down it's ok again have you run into this problem before?

You should be able to retrieve the ECM codes if the check engine light came on.  
In a 95' there should be a code button in the dash (lower steel part of the dash by your right knee).  Turn the key to on, and hold the button in until the red light in the dash flashes.  Then pay close attention to the "check engine light" it will start flashing (flash codes)  It will be a series of 3 numbers. If you can get me those flash codes I could help you a ton better.
On a 444E you prob could be a number of things.
