How do I put my belt tensioner back together and bolt it back on. I own an 89 S-10, 4.3 V6.

Hello Eric,
Actually, the tensioner itself isn't supposed to come apart, and they don't intend for you to repair it, but rather to replace the assembly.
With a vise you might be able to get it together, but if it came apart, getting it all ligned up correctly might be a problem.
