Truck Repair: Cummins Electronics, oxygen sensor, hp engine

Question
I have an 2002 N14, 550 HP.
Engine under severe load cuts out momentarily, then comes back to life with much less power.
After a few minutes running, it goes back to normal. The Engine light is on when this happens.

I have a 1996 OTC monitor 4000 HD, and I am getting an inactive code, PID# 190, FMI-10,
Inactive count 13.
I don't understand this trouble code. I go to systems monitor, and I can't notice any PIDS out of range. Athough, watching Throttle possition scencor, with engine running, slowly accelerate everything looks OK except the Engine Load, momentarily bounces to 100 and if you hold the throttle wide open, when engine fan comes on the engine load PID goes to 100.
I would appreciate your expertise on this problem ASAP please and THank you.

Answer
Looking at my Celect diagram, that code is for the EPS sensor which is located between oil pump & accy drive. With out the special socket ot get it out,you will have a time doing it.The socket is 11/16 in size but made for the wires to come through it like an oxygen sensor on a car.The sensor has 4 wires in it & the code says one set has failed.I have seen several be bad & not log a code.I am pretty sure that the codes are the same.
