Truck Repair: Draining Battery, jeep renegade, glove compartment

Question
We have a 1987 Jeep Renegade that we use around the grounds for snow plowing etc.  We just got a new battery for it May 15th, 2004.   Now this new battery is dead.  Would you know what to possibly look for as to what is draining the battery.  We do know that the switch for the angle plow was in the off position.  Thanking you in advance for your answer.

Answer
Hello Kathi,
I can tell you right off that radios and clocks, as well as onboard computers draw some voltage all the time.
A light in the glove compartment, or a vanity light in a sunvisor mirror could also be hard to find.
Let me send you a link that has some other ideas, as well as a systematic proceedure.
