Truck Repair: Cummins B series, gasket applications, head bolts

Question
I have a 4Bt that I recently got back from the machine shop and had a friend helping me put it back together.  It turns out that he is of unsavory character and rather than him help me into the poor house, I would rather do it right.  I ordered all new parts to rebuild it and had the head completely done.  My problem is the torque specs, gasket applications and gasket sealants or adhesives, blow up model so I can make sure I have everything in place correctly.  Do you have or know where I can get a repair manual for this engine?  I have been all over the internet hunting.  Any leads would be helpful.  Thank you for your time.

Answer
From any Cummins dealer or distributor.Part # is 3810486 for the 91 B Troubleshooting & Repair book. All manual B engine torques are the same except the new style block, the mains are different torque. The mains are 129 ft lbs,the rods are 74 ft lbs, head bolts are 66 ft lbs on all, then 89 ft lbs on the ones going through rocker levers stands, then turn all bolts 90 degrees.Use no gasket sealant on any gasket.Only extra gasket sealant(silicone) goes on the oil pan where the front gear housing & rear seal plate are on the pan rail.
