I have a 1992 ford ranger 2.3liter 4 cylinder and the fuel gauge is not working anymore any assistance will be greatly apprieciated

Hi Tim,
Really, the best advice I can give here is to go to the public library, refference section, and look in a Motors, Chilton, or Mitchell manual, and they all have a section on troubleshooting the fuel guage.
It will tell step by step in checking the wires, sender, and guage itself.
You may also be able to borrow a book.
You may have a blown guage fuse, a loose connection, a bad ground, a bad sender, or a bad guage.
