Vintage Cars: Saleing, pontiac chieftain, rod cameron

Question
I have a 1946 pontiac chieftain canadian made  It's a flat head 6
four door sedan Verry good body very little rust. the car comes with a running motor in a box and transmission standerd.
And I am trying to sell it but I do not know how much I should ask for it? Can you give me a price I should ask for it ?

Thank you . Rod Cameron at

Answer
The 8 cylinder commands a higher price.  Be aware that you can only get what someone
is willing to pay. For what you described $6000 would be a good sell, but, you will
probably have to settle for less. By the way, my knowledge is on the mechanical side.
But, the shop I work at does deal in older American and European vehicles.
