Vintage Cars: Engine timing for 450 SLC 117.982 Euro car, knowledgeable colleague, flywheel

Hi Ron,
I am restoring a 1974 450 SLC in the UK and cannot find the specific engine timing data for this Euro car.
I only have info for USA - Federal/California etc
Are you able to help please

the 117.982 was the same engine in the states in  early 72 -73.  i would think the same federal ( not calif) specs would work
on my 72 450 , i run the timing a bit more advanced., however to answer the specific question I have read that the  euro specs are 30 degrees advance w/o vacuum at 3,000 rpm.  I have never been able to do this on mine, partially because I dont have that marking on my flywheel.
I have a very knowledgeable colleague, I will contact him and let you know if I find anything different
