Vintage Cars: Vin placement, vin plate, vin number

hey was wondering if you know of any other vin placements besides the door plate on a 1964 f-100 pickup my driver door was replaced several years ago and the original plate was not put back so my title has one vin number and my door has another I was hoping there was one on the frame but I can't find it

I Don't know of any company that put the VIN plate on the Door, it is usually on the door frame, between the hinges on older cars.

also, the vIN is usually on the frame, sometimes near the engine compartment, or under the drivers seat.

The vin on the title for the truck should be the right one of course.
