I have an abandoned 66 Mustang.  I would like to title and license it but there is no VIN number anywhere on it that I can find.  How do I get a title and license for it?

there should be a VIN number stamped on the frame, check with various Mustang clubs about that.

Your state DMV  should be able to answer the question of how you might title it.  I would think you would have to have a bill of sale that had some way of proving the seller actually owned the car.
