Vintage Cars: name of automobile?, tiny engine, bmw dealers

Question
Jeff

Spotted a car today and couldn't recall the name. Been all over Google but nothing is jogging my memory.
If I can latch onto the name I would like to then go online and get some background. So, if you can help I would be grateful, and if not, well I'll still be grateful for taking the question.
It's a small, tiny actually, foreign made car (probally Italy) produced around the 1950/s. It's most unique feature would have to be it's access thru the front of the car; the front basically being a door. Tiny engine that sounds like a lawnmower engine. Ring a bell?

Have a great holiday!    Thanks,  Jim

Answer
Designed and first built by Iso in Italy, this car went on to literally save BMW in the 50's.  You're referring to the unique Isetta.  Several websites devoted to this strange little car, and a well-crafted model is available through most BMW dealers.
