Dodge Caliber Flashlight Help

The Dodge Caliber self-recharging flashlight is a convenient feature built into the rear cargo area. When the flashlight doesn't work properly, there are several quick checks you can do to check its storage bed, battery and light bulbs.

Storage Help

  • The Dodge Caliber flashlight snaps into the bezel with a clip in the bezel compartment. If your flashlight won't snap into the bezel, check the holes on the flashlight for obstructions. Also check the clip in the bezel for damage.

Charging Help

  • The flashlight recharges the lithium-ion batteries as it sits in the bezel, so it is always ready for use without the inconvenience or worry of dead batteries. If the flashlight doesn't work, check the electrical contacts in the bezel and on the flashlight for anything preventing them from connecting. Clean them if necessary. The flashlight features a red LED bulb to indicate when it is charging.

Replacing Bulbs

  • If one or both bulbs fail to light when the switch is pressed, your bulbs might need to be replaced. The replacement bulb number is 8-A35LF. Replace both bulbs at the same time to avoid future problems.
