The replacement headlight bulb for your 2002 Chevrolet Prism is part No. 91171148 or equivalent. The bulb is a combination high-low beam halogen. Don't touch the bulb glass with your fingers since skin oils reduce the life of the bulb.
Remove the two bolts from the headlight assembly, then pull the assembly up and forward. Disconnect the electrical connector on the back of the assembly.
Pry off the rubber cap on the back of the headlight assembly. Press down on and turn the metal retainer, then lift it to free the bulb socket. Remove the bulb from the headlight assembly.
Insert the new bulb and reattach the metal retainer. Install the rubber cap and connect the electrical connector.
Install the headlight assembly and tighten the bolts to 89 inch-pounds.
