  • Prepare a list of your broken tools. Be specific about what you need Mac Tools needs to replace or repair. Include your name, address and phone number.

  • Send the list to Mac Tools by phone, fax or e-mail. When Mac Tools receives the list, a representative will send you a pre-paid shipping label and Material Return Authorization Number.

  • Ship your tools to Mac Tools and wait. If your tools can be repaired, Mac will make the repairs. If the tools can't be fixed, Mac Tools will send a replacement.
