Fill one baggie with sand and close the zip top. Place the full baggie into the empty one as an extra layer of protection. Zip it shut.
Place the sand-filled baggies into the purse.
Hot glue the GPS mounting cup to the leather purse. Let the glue dry for 30 minutes.
Clip the GPS unit to the sandbag-mounted cup. Place the sandbag on the dash in the most convenient location.
