What Rims Will Fit a Chevy Blazer?

Chevrolet Blazers can accommodate wheels up to 22 inches. The stock wheels on all Blazers are just 15 inches. However, many companies offer rims larger and flashier than the stock Hollander 5038s. Chevrolet offers the Blazer in a variety of models. Their are two-door and four-door models, and two-wheel and four-wheel-drive models. Most wheels that are compatible with a two-door Blazer will also be compatible with the four-door version. Blazers from 1995 to 2004 will more than likely be able to use the same rims.

15-inch rims

  • The Hollander No. 5038 wheel came stock on the Chevy Blazer from 1995 to 2004. This is an alloy wheel that was stock on the S10, S15 and Sonoma Blazer. The rim holds five bolts that are 4 3/4 inch. American Racing offers the "Maverick" rim that will fit a Blazer from 1995 to 2004. The rim is offered at 15, 17 and 18 inches. Tirerack.com has the "Maverick "at $166 each (as of 2010).

17-inch rims

  • A number of companies make 17-inch rims that will fit a Chevy Blazer. KMC auto has the black or chrome Venom wheel that is compatible with a 1995 Blazer. American Racing offers a black aluminum version of its classic 100B series. Both rims use a five-lugnut pattern. For Blazers after 2004 KMC racing has the NOVA 17-inch chrome wheel.

22-inch rims

  • The 22-inch rims are the largest wheels you can fit onto a Chevrolet Blazer without having to modify the suspension. The KMC Nova is also available at the 22-inch size and will fit most Blazers. KMC Racing also has the "INKD" model that is only available in black and will fit most Blazers from 1999 to 2004. The 22-inch wheels will cost you considerably more than stock 15- or 17-inch rims. Expect to pay around $1000 (as of 2010) for a set of new 22-inch wheels for a Blazer.
