The Crossfire is a sports car manufactured by Chrysler from 2004 through 2007. It features a standard ignition key that starts the car and turns on the engine. You cannot remove the ignition key unless the Crossfire is in the park position. If you try to remove the key before you put the shift lever completely in park, the key may become stuck temporarily in the key cylinder.
Place the shift lever in the park position. Ensure that the lever is not between gears.
Turn the key clockwise slightly to unlock the key from the key cylinder.
Turn the key counterclockwise to "Off/Lock" and remove the key.
