Shark Werks' 997 GT3 Track Exhaust was designed, developed, and tested in-house on the company's own '07 GT3 RS. It utilizes two lightweight race mufflers (each weighing only two pounds) and 3-inch stainless piping. All told, the system weighs just 11 pounds and dramatically reduces weight in the rear by nearly 60 pounds. Stainless steel CNC-machined flanges are employed for ease of installation and the system accommodates the factory headers and catalysts. Note that this system is very loud and thus intended mainly for the track; Shark Werks also offers a Bypass Exhaust system for cars that see daily street use. $2,595

For the all-wheel-drive enthusiast, Neuspeed offers a Haldex gen-IV AWD ECU for the late-model Audi A3 and TT/TTS, VW Passat, CC, and Tiguan 4Motion. The unit re-tunes your vehicle's AWD system by aggressively directing more power to the rear wheels under a variety of driving conditions for more neutral handling characteristics and better off-the-line acceleration. A wireless remote controller is optionally available to allow users with the Neuspeed Haldex gen-II and IV to actively switch between three different parameter settings.

Vorsteiner's V-GT aerodynamic and cosmetic enhancements are now available for the facelifted 997.2 911 model (2010 and later), including Targa, Cabriolet, S, and all-wheel-drive variants. The front receives an extended bumper spoiler formed from pre-preg autoclave carbon fiber and features integrated brake ducts. The rear is accented by a carbon diffuser engineered to fit snugly over the factory bumper cover. Options include signature 19- or 20-inch wheels, as well as a carbon roof panel for vehicles equipped with a hard top or sunroof, which shaves nearly 50 pounds from the vehicle's highest point.

According to the company, more than a year of research, development, and testing has gone into Unitronic's software for VW and Audi TSI engine platforms. The intent is creating an ideal balance of increased engine performance while maintaining the smoothest possible delivery and reliability. Unichip performance software is now available for all 2008 and later TSI Models.

The 560 Forged Series is HRE's latest high-performance custom wheel line. The three-piece design is available in diameters ranging from 18 to 22 inches and "R" and "C" rim profiles (the former a straight-lip profile, the latter a stepped lip). HRE wheels are custom made for each specific application; the 560 series is available for BMW, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Aston Martin, Ferrari, and Lamborghini. Finishes include brushed, polished, charcoal or black powdercoat, as well as satin or gloss custom options in just about any color.
