Alhambra, California, TG is a relative newcomer to the scene and promises fresh new ideas for race and show vehicle graphics. The company's hottest schemes to date are its reflective and etched-glass designs. Besides layin' down graph, they're also able to turn out apparel like Pacific Rim and Zum Clothingwear. Although TG is primarily a way for co-owners John Sugata and Lance Shimatsu to have fun and pick up chicks, they maintain that quality is a must, and their work shows it. Trust PerformanceShops serving dual functions are always nice. Housing TG Race Designs is Trust Performance, headed by Alan Tom and old-skool-cat Waylup Choy. Their specialties involve everything from basic regular maintenance to a full engine upgrade. Since 1998, their team of ASE- and MECP-certified techs have been the creative force behind some of Southern California's most popular show cars, and they are preparing to build a few shop race cars to enhance their reputation even more.
