Max Power: DynoMax Exhaust Installation on a 2011 Ford F250

DynoMax has been building exhaust systems for a long time. The company knows how to build a complete system that boosts power, improves the sound of the vehicle, and looks great. When the folks at Go Industries wanted to update the company’s ’11 Ford crew cab F-250 gas engine truck they went to Davidson Muffler in nearby McKinney, Texas, and had a DynoMax kit installed.   |   We laid out all the DynoMax parts that came in the package and double-checked all part numbers against the “Kit Contains” section of the DynoMax instructions to be sure we were ready to go. The high quality of the DynoMax kit was clearly evident, as every tube is mandrel-bent, which leaves smoother bends without any serrations for a higher-flowing system. The stainless steel Ultra Flo muffler is a straight-through internal design that imparts a deep, throaty tone. The continuous roving fiberglass technology used in the muffler absorbs unwanted interior resonance (drone). This kit came with stainless steel clamps and a polished stainless steel tip.

So, let’s get on with the installation.
