JackMate Lift Jack Accessory - By Rescue 42

Every once in a while a product is released that is so simple in its design yet so versatile we wonder: Why didn't we think of that? The JackMate was displayed in the new product showcase at the 2009 SEMA show in Las Vegas, Nevada. Apparently, enough of the other 120,000 SEMA attendees agreed with our assessment and voted the JackMate, by Rescue 42, Best New Off-Road/4WD Product of the Year. Rescue 42's Tim O'Connell designed the JackMate to work in combination with the Hi-Lift jack as a manual extrication and rescue tool.   |   JackMate features include a super-grip diamond-plate top with cutouts designed for shackle pins up to 1 inch and 3⁄8-inch chain. It also has a slot for pulling on wire fence that does double duty as a bottle opener. There's a ball pin for attaching the JackMate to the jack, and a quick-release replacement pin for the jack's base. The JackMate tool may be used for pulling/winching, clamping/crushing, as a spreader, spike base, or wire fence puller/bottle opener (please use responsibly). Essentially, the JackMate is a steel rectangular tube welded to a steel plate with multifunctional utilitarian cutouts. These cutouts are designed for shackles with pins up to 1 inch, 3/8-inch chain, cyclone fence bars, and more. Additional features include a super-grip diamond-plate top, a spike base designed to bite into soft surfaces such as wood or ice, and two quick-release clevis pins (one is connected via a cable lanyard to the JackMate and the other is intended to replace the cotter pin, which attaches the Hi-Lift's baseplate). To protect the tool from the elements, it's powdercoated in one of five different colors. The JackMate is American-made in Northern California from 100 percent American steel. By itself, the Hi-Lift jack is extraordinarily useful as a jack and a pulling/clamping tool, but the addition of the multifaceted JackMate significantly increases the Hi-Lift’s capabilities. The JackMate is a must-have accessory for the Hi-Lift jack.
