Auto Insurance Claims: no insurance, wifes car, junk yard

i totaled my wifes car single car incident flipped it over the car is financed and didnt have ins coverage on it. what can happen to me

Hi Bill,

I'm sorry this happened to you. The vehicle is likely totaled. I'm not sure what you mean by what can happen to you. If the car is totaled you should send it ot a junk yard. If it is repairable you will be responsible for paying for the cost of repairs yourself. In either case you will still be responsible for paying the loan in full.
