My accident was in January of 2009 and I still have not turned in my rental car receipts which I am to be paid 60% back on.  Is it too late to receive anything on this? I was found 40% responsible and the other driver 60% responsible.

There is a statute of limitation on every state. The property damage statute of limitation of your state could be 1 year. You need to check. If the statute has not passed and you can show that your bills are related to the accident (the rental is a directly related expense), then they should cover you.
