hi,i got in accident last week. i was with my friend in his car. he was the driver. he hit other vehicle on lights because he was driving 60 miles per hour tried to pull the brakes but it was too late. obviously its his fault.and i got hurt real bad.ambulance took me  to emergency hospital. no i got a 4000  dollar bill from hospital. i wana ask u if his insurance will recover me.

If he has "Medical Payments" coverage it will cover your medical bills up to the policy limits. And if he was at fault, his "liability coverage" will cover other stuff like pain and suffering, lost wages and any other compensation you could get in court. You should get an accident attorney if you had "hard injuries" like broken bones, torn ligaments, and ongoing pain etc.
