Auto Insurance Claims: snow accident!!!!!, blizzard conditions, safety concern

Question
i was heading around a blind turn at 2 am when i barely noticed due to the blizzard conditions that a lifted (white which i couldnt hardly see) jeep was parked on the opposite side of the road facing the correct way. Since, their were snowbanks on both sides of the road, this vehicle was taking up the whole lane cause of the snowbanks... i came around the corner and went into a slide when i saw the jeep and hit it! the guy had a driveway to park in but left the car out and on a blind turn, i found some parking laws that says its illegal to leave a vehicle unattended or attended when snow is present because it warrents a threat to both county workers with plows and obstructs traffic  and is a safety concern at that point... who is at fault here????

Answer
Hi Chris,

In this case you will likely both be found to be at fault 50/50. The jeep is at fault for leaving his vehicle unattended but you as a driver are required to always be able to maintain control of your vehicle.

I hope this helps
