QuestionI was rear ended a few months back, now the other party's insurance wants to settle. They only offered 500.00. I had a pretty size goose egg on my forehead from the steering wheel. I missed two days of work and had no one to stay with me for the 24 hrs needed to watch for complications. I would rather settle this myself what should a fair settlement be around?
