Auto Insurance Claims: Lexus Gs 300, lexus gs 300, salvage yard

My car was involved in a hit a run accident. My insurance company will not cover my car for whatever reason.  I had my lawyers follow up on it and there was nothing I can do.  I owe 12,0000 still and I have over 11,0000 in repairs.  Final repairs will  be over 15,000. Ive been on Ebay trying to find the same car salvaged. It has taken a year and im almost there. Do you have any advice on this subject.  Or suggestions.

I'm not sure I understand what you are asking me, But I'll do my best.

If you have no insurance coverage that will pay for this loss and the repairs to the vehicle were completed by a body shop, you will be responsible for paying the body shop for the repairs. If the repairs have not been completed and since the cost of repairs appears to exceed the value of the car, it would be my suggestion that you sell the vehicle as is to a salvage yard. You will likely only get $500.00 or so for the salvage.

Unfortunately, you will still be responsible to pay your finance contract.
