ANSWER: Hi Fookie,

You should find an attornie right away. Someone needs to go to the other car and take pictures of the rear of the car to see if there was any impact to the rear of the car that hit you. If you have insurance, you should report the accident to them as well. Ask them to go to the other car and take photos of the rear to see if there is any damage.

I hope this helps

QUESTION: HOW SERIOUS IS A SHIFTED SPINE AND A NECK PROBLEM. MY INSURANCE ALREADY DETERMINED SHE WAS AT FAULT. SHE WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN MY INSURANCE TRIED BTO CONTACT HER. HER ADJUSTER WITH HER INSURANCE SAID SHE WAS NON COMPLAINT AND WILL NOT GIVE THE NAME OF HER OTHER PASSENGER IN THE CAR.WHAT IS YOUR OPINION? THANKS

Answer
Hi Fookie,

I am not a Doctor nor do I have any specifics about your injuries. So I can not tell you what the seriousness of your injuries are. If you feel you need medical attention, then you should seek a doctor in your area to see.

As far at the liability, it appears based on your description that the other person is at fault. However, if the other drive is non-cooperative it will slow things down. You should work with your insurance company for any coverage you have on your own policy. You may need to put any medical expenses on your personal health insurance untill everything is sorted out.

I hope this helps
