Auto Insurance Claims: car accident, car accident, insurance company

Hi i was in a 100mph car accident where the driver of the car i was in was drunk and crashed.i went to the hospital in an ambulance when i arrived i waited around didn't feel i was hurt and left before ever being seen by a doctor.3 months later i began to experience pain in neck and lower back. the insurance lady says they will not pay for treatment. what are my options.
please help this is causing alot of pain and stress.

Hi Kevin,

Considering the length of time that past until the time you began experiencing pain, it will be hard to relate the pain directly to the accident. You will need to go to a doctor who will diagnose the problem. If the doctor is willing to directly relate the pain & its cause to the accident then you may be able to make a claim. However the insurance company will likely still deny it. In that case you would have to hire an attorney.
