Auto Insurance Claims: Auto Claim, auto claim, medical bills

i was in an auto accident in august of this year and his insurance has claimed liability they have paid for the repairs on my car and for the rental my question is can i claim pain and suffering even though i was not injured only my passengers were injured

Hi Diana,

If you were not injured you did not incur any pain or siffering. Therefore you can not make a claim for pain & suffering. Your friend who was inkured may be able to claim paid & suffering depending of the extent of their injuries, length of treatment and cost of medical bills.
