Auto Insurance Claims: Personal Injury/auto accident, cant refer attorney

I am a 62 year old disabled Vietnam Veteran. I badly injured in an automobile accident on January 4, 2008. The defendant has admitted negligence.

i have to go to trial for damages. My medicals exceed $80,000 and my loss of earning capacity is approx. $400,000.

I had to fire my attorney in November 2010. My case is scheduled for trial on JULY 16, 2012. On 3/13/2012,i had a C5-6 and C6-7 anterior cervical diskectomy and fusion with interbody mechanical graft and fixation plate.

I have not had any success in finding a replacement attorney.
Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

 Unfortunately, I cannot refer you to an attorney.  I seem to recall that you contacted my office directly at one point.  I am happy to discuss your case with you, but unfortunately, this venue is not going to accommodate either of us.  I am curious as to why the case has not settled.    

 I am easy to find on the internet, search for credible expert in auto claims or simply search for my name and insurance claims and you'll surely find my direct number and email.
