Auto Insurance Claims: No auto insurance, state highway patrol, maughan

Question
I ditched my car the other night and thought that i had 24 hours to come get it
and i didn't even know you had to call the police if you were in a one person,
minor wreck. I left and about an hour later the State Highway Patrol impounded
it.  Well, I have no insurance and I was wondering if I am going to lose my
license...
