Auto Insurance Claims: Auto theft question?, EUO SIU auto theft investigation, auto theft expert

Question
My car was stolen a month ago and has not been recovered as of yet. My and my husband have done everything ask of us our claim was sent to SIU and now he has reviewed all records ( phone, bank, time cards etc..) he is now asking to meet with myself and my husband for a recorded statement interview? This is no problem , I was just curious if this is going to be like the SIU tring to feed us to the sharks?? I mean what should we expect to happen during this he told us that it would take about an hour each and we had to do it seprate. I'm just curious if this is like a EUO will there be lawyers there for insurance company , will they question us about everything like I read they would do in a EUO ? Thanks so much for your time and response ...

Answer
Hello,

EUO has a lawyer. The worst thing you can do at this point is hire your own attorney because you have sealed your fate for years!

I serve as a consultant in these matters and guide you through it. I commonly turn these "investigations" on their butt because I know everything they know plus with 20 years experience in the SIU world. I am their worst enemy. They know me they hate me when I am representing the insured. You CANNOT go to the EUO unprepared, its like leading sheep to slaughter.

First and pay attention to this fee advice from a seasoned professional. Many think the SIU is looking for the thief. No, they are looking to link you with the theft so they do not have to pay the claim. SIU's get a bonus for the money in claims denied that they save the company.

When one is arrested, Miranda rights kick in. They have to tell you that everything you say will be held against you. In the civil arena, the same hold true, but they don't have to inform you. So here is your right: You have the right to SHUT up, because the more that you try to cooperate, the more will be used against you!!

The insurance company will hire a paid hack known as a forensic locksmith. He will write a report stating the ignition was last operated with a key of the proper type, inferring the insured's. Can he prove this? No, but he doesn't have to.
See, the case against insureds is built on preponderance. This means innuendo, assumption, speculation, conjecture and assumption are all treated as fact.
You need to contact me immediately! I am not a lawyer, but I am the guy the lawyers come to to learn about these cases. They know absolutely nothing about the process and using a lawyer at this time could be a very costly mistake, costing you years of frustration before the case goes to trial and no guaranty of the outcome. I do not offer guarantees either, but I can get you through this and even if they deny you, we can still speak with the insurance company and supply new evidence that may get the claim paid without legal intervention. I am not saying at one point you wont need a lawyer to sue them, but that is when all efforts to rectify the situation have been exhausted. I have a great success rate with these claims.

For the EUO, I prep you, based on my experience of Hundreds and hundreds of hours of sworn testimony.
See, once you get an attorney involved in an investigation, you can no longer ever speak with the insurance company anymore. Your attorney will put on the act that he is defending you in the morning of the EUO and that afternoon is out golfing or whatever with the insurance company attorney. It's a big game and its not funny for the insured that is going to have their life turned upside down.

I have an investigation I am working right now in which the woman has fit under 14 of their bs fraud indicators. We all fit under at least 10! We caught the ins company off guard by inspecting the vehicle, forcing their hand. That's when we found out they already had the hack locksmith inspect the car. We already knew that these goofs wrote  report stating the ignition wasn't tampered with once we were aware they had been add the car. Ins knew we were now authoring a counter report because the car is totally burned and everything they are saying is all bs. Better yet, they put it in writing they are refusing our report. See, we are case builders in case an attorney has to get involved. We also have them on the fact they did not have authorization for the hacks to inspect the car.
How is that going to look to a jury? That is egregious bad faith where the big money is if they are to be sued!
