Auto Insurance Claims: Who should pay, automobile accident, accident report

Question
My daughter was involved in and automobile accident. She another vehicle collided at and intersection. The police were called and they did not file and accident report of who was at fault but a service report. The vehicle that my daughter collided with spun off my vehicle and hit another vehicle in witch it it another vehicle. The driver of the 2 other vehicles are suing us for damages. If there was evidence of who is at fault in this accident. Who should pay for the vehicles that was hit by the other cars?

Answer
Hi Tammy,

Based on your description, it is hard to tell who was at fault. However, it sounds like your daughter was at fault. If that is the case then she or you would be responsible for all of the damage that occured.  If you have libility insurance you should immediately call your insurance company to report the accident. They will do an investigation to determine who was at fault and will pay the claims accordingly.

I hope this helps
