Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: Blower does not function, cadillac deville, blower fan

Question
1998 Cadillac Deville. Blower has stopped blowing after several weeks of erratic functioning.  Blower would start on high speed for about 20 sec. and then stop for 10-20 secounds, then blow normally. Now it has stopped blowing on any setting.
Any ideas?

Could be the blower fan itself or the BLOWER FAN CONTROL MODULE.
