ANSWER: IF THE DEALER HAS GONE OUT OF BUSINESS THERE ISN'T ANYTHING THAT YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT WITH THEM.
THERE IS NO ACTION THAT YOU COULD TAKE UP WITH FORD.....I WOULD TAKE IT TO A BODY SHOP AND SEE WHAT THEY WOULD RECCOMEND AS FAR AS REPLACING,REPAIRING OR RE ATTACHING THE PANEL.

Answer
TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER AND ASK TO SPEAK WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER AND SHOW HIM YOUR OIL CHANGE THAT THE DEALER DID.
IF THAT DOES NOT GET SOME ACTION ASK TO SEE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR THAT DEALERSHIP.

IF THAT GETS YOU NOWHERE ASK TO SEE THE DEALERSHIP ZONE REP FOR THAT AREA.
