Auto body repair & detailing: Ford Explorer, fender flares, aerosol spray

My 2000 Explorer still looks real good except for the faded wheel well covers and bumpers. Is there a product I can buy to put the "newness" back into them? The SUV is gold with the black covers.

I assume you're talking about the fender flares and the impact strip on the bumper which are probably black? The best way of course would be to paint them.
