Auto body repair & detailing: Rust holes, rust holes, rust spot

Question
I have a 91 Honda Accord I'm trying to do some body work on. Right above the rear passenger side tire there's a rust spot that has made a hole right through the body. How do you suggest I fill this hole?

Thanks

Answer
I would "all-around" weld them shut, as the slightest amount of moister will destroy your body work.

If this is not feasible, seal the holes with fiberglass...I would use a hammer to depress the edges of the holes all the way around, then fill the holes (less than flush), as to allow for bondo or top coat.  As fiberglass is made to seal the area off...not for shaping.
