Auto body repair & detailing: passenger door panel removal, razor blade, slide type

My 2002 explorer front passenger electric window came off the track. How do I remove the door panel and repair this.

Jim,the first step is to locate the screws in the panel,look carefully to find them all.Gently pry between the door and trim to see if you have clips that push into the door or if the panel slides down into the door.Ford uses 2 different methods to attach trim.You will be able to see what type you have,if it is the slide type gently push up and the panel will come off.If you have clips,gently pry at each clip to release them from the door.When the trim is off use a single edge razor blade to remove th vapor barrier.You should then be able to see what the problem is, my guess is a broken rivet somewhere on the window regulator or motor.Good Luck
