Auto body repair & detailing: Worst that could happen, isuzu rodeo, isuzu dealership

What's the worst that could happen if I delay getting a dent repaired in my rear side doors of my 2000 Isuzu Rodeo? (L and R sides, because I hit a steel pole parking on 2 separate occassions in my parking lot--yes, I am a woman driver!).  It's been 2 years and I see some rust on the paint where it's chipped off on each dent.

If you get some touch up paint and touch up the paint it will probably never get any more rust because of the dent. If you just leave it it will keep rusting. You can get a bottle of touch up paint from a Isuzu dealership or your local Napa store. It comes in a little bottle like nail polish with a brush in the cap.
