Auto body repair & detailing: Rear Bumber after Rear Impact, toyota sienna, rear bumper

Question
I need to know if my 2005 Toyota Sienna rear bumper need to be replaced after a rear end collision.  The impact was hard but then my bumber sufferred a crease about 12 inches long.  The other car's hood and left and right fenders were damaged.  

Answer
If your bumper is a painted bumper the same color as the rest of your car. Than it may be repairable as long as the damage is small enough. But if it is damaged to bad or if the crease sticks up to much than it will need replacement.
The bumper may be heated to form it back in place than repaired and repainted.
