Auto body repair & detailing: Dash Pad Replacement?, dash pad, pad replacement

Can you tell me what is involved in the replacement of a dash pad following airbad deployment?  The dash in question is a 1993 Trans Am...the air bags tore the pad around the deployment "box" on the passenger side.  How difficult is this replacement and what besides the pad may need replaced (not including air bag related parts)?

If you try to tackle this repair yourself it will prove to be the most UN-enjoyable repair you could do yourself. I do believe it is a dash assembly you will have to replace. The upholstery is moulded to the dash frame. There are many screws, bolts,nuts,clips, etc. This repair is like a 6 hour repair for a pro.
