Auto body repair & detailing: auto frame, rear wheel bearings, lemmon law

Question
I recently bought an 03 KIA w/18000 miles on it at used car lot,  took to local mechanic and he said rear wheel bearings are out, out of line, tires badly worn, doors squeaking, weather stripping wearing out rattles and other things,, so I 'carfaxed' it and it came back "frame damage",, are these things happening now cause Frame is bent or knocked out of whack, ater repair 1st time,, other quy put 11000 miles on it,,, now at 19000 miles all this happened,, This is a bad sign, right ? also doors don't close  without slamming,, and tie rods are comming loose,,, thank U for any help on this

Answer
Not only becuase the frame is or was damaged. It sounds like it was not the best of repairs done to this vehicle and you may be best off to unload this car. Is the title Insurance claim Paid or salvage branded. Did they disclose this damage to you. You may be able to sue under the lemmon law if you try.
