Auto body repair & detailing: moulding repair, buick roadmaster, 3m double sided tape

Hi Brian;  I've got moulding that has fallen off my 93 Buick roadmaster.  The adhesive wore out.  What's the best thing to use to get the old adhesive off my car and the moulding?  Also, what type of adhesive should I used to re-attach the moulding.  Double sided taper perhaps?

Go to your local autopaint supply dealer an ask for adhesive remover you might have to buy a gallom though put it on and keep it wet when it is soft enough it will roll off with your thumb or a towel wear those really thin gloves. 3M double sided tape is the only way to go.
