Auto body repair & detailing: sagging rear, chevy s10, good spring

Question
well here's the thing--I just bought a chevy S10--2000-as is no warranty--with 99000 miles on it. two days later I notice from the rear that the left side is lower than the right side, have no idea why. I measured and the drivers side is 1.5 inches lower. Is there anything I can do--I don't want to look like a crackhead going down the road. Thanks for any advice   --it is realy noticable.

Answer
To correct your problem is to put new springs in place of your worn out ones. A crackhead would prob. heat the good spring with a torch and make it sag like the other. If you have any capabilaties you might be able to swap the springs in your garage. It is a difficult job but can be done but I suggest that you take it to your mecanic and have them swapp them over on a lift.

     Hope this helps
